My Moderating Style

My approach is to remain in the background as much as possible. So the focus is always on you.
I promote a positive and active chat where users feel free to talk, but I will redirect pointless repetitive conversations back to tipping you.
Always keep a positive public chat experience.
I like keeping a clean public chat so it’s easier for you to manage your room. That way it's less likely you'll miss anything in pubic chat. Less clutter, better communication.
Never overwhelm the chat with unnecessary chatter or imagery.
One thing you're notice about me, is I don’t announce my entrance or departure from the room as so many moderators do. I won't hold “personal” conversations with you in public chat either. It’s your room and should always be about you.
Personal conversations should never happen in public chat.
Use command functions for public chat notices.
I also prefer to use command functions to send notices to the room reminding users to tip, rate and/or follow. That way the notices appear to be from the apps and not an individual user. When answering user’s questions, I answer directly.
Determine your preferred communication method.
I like to establish with you which vehicle to communicate critical information. For some models our PM is only for critical show related conversation, while DM is used for notes about the future or general communication. We can also use Telegram if we're connect there.
💬 Communication is Key
I seldom just moderate a room. Typically I’m also working behind the scenes to help the models with their business. As such, I’ve grown accustom to ongoing communication. I find it incredibly beneficial to understand your general schedule and/or plans, in order to better support you.
Are you going to broadcast at a unique time? Let me know and I’ll try rearranging my schedule to be there for you.
Do you have a planned private only broadcast and don’t need my support? Let me know as it saves me rushing to your room when I get your broadcasting alert.
Are you going to introduce a new toy to the broadcast? Great, I’ll create new animated GIFs to promote it for you.
Interested in doing a collaboration? Let me give you options on how to promote it for you.
Interested in a new app? I’ll do the research with you and give you additional input.

My computer setup includes 4 monitors which allows me to more easily keep an eye on all your activity.
💻 Regular User View
I always have a secondary window open monitoring the room as a regular user. This allows me to make sure the average user experience isn’t overwhelmed with messages and images. Moderator’s view of your room is filled with additional user activity not seen by the average user. This can be good for you to do as well.
💬 Promote & Distract
Frequently I will PM users directly to either promote your privates or to distract them from annoying you. My desire is to keep any discussion of privates or price negotiations out of public chat.
Conversations about potential privates in public chat can stop other users from tipping due to concerns about you leaving public view.

Ideally I would use Ninja Silencing whenever it makes sense as silencing a user that has already tipped, can result in a thumbs down.
🥷 Ninja Silence
For Chaturbate, I highly recommend using an app that has Ninja Silence. This feature allows you to silence users without them being notified.
This is perfect for silencing people who have tipped but are being rude, demanding or just overwhelming chat. When users are silenced for 6 hours through Chaturbate’s regular setting, the user gets notified they are silenced. With Ninja Silence they, do not receive a notice.
Ninja Silence does not affect tip notes the way that silencing through CB will. With Ninja Silence you can determine if you (and/or your moderators) still see the messages, while they stay hidden from all other users.
Tipping as Your Moderator
It’s not good for your moderator to tip too much in public as users will get use to them keeping the action moving. Plus realistically if they are frequently in your room, they typically can’t afford to continuously tip you.
Within Chaturbate I have multiple accounts there. Sometimes I will moderate your room under one account and tip you under a secondary one. If I tip in your room while I'm moderating, I will send the tip anonymously. You will see it’s from me, but it won't be 100% obvious to the average user.
Strategic Tipping
I try to limit my tipping to strategic whenever I'm moderating a room. I will sometimes combine tips with room promotion to improve your ranking; when I have the funds to do so.
I’m constantly monitoring Chaturbate and other rooms to see how active the site it. Using my observations to determine if tipping for activity has the potential to get you more users. Or at the very least increase your ranking by the additional click throughs from users checking out the action.
Moderation Sync Up
My moderation style doesn’t always sync with other moderators. And that’s okay.
I have a somewhat unique moderation style. Sometimes my style won’t sync with other moderators. If you prefer their style over mine, I don't take any offense. It’s your room so it should be the moderation you like.
I don't have to moderate your room to help you with other aspects of your business. However, if your moderator(s) act in conflict of the efforts to improve your room, there really is no point forming a partnership.
There are a few highly toxic moderators that I simply refuse to work with, under any conditions, because I find them unethical.
Before deciding to work together I will watch one of your broadcasts to determine if we’re a good fit and what I think your primary needs are.
We can then discuss my perspective, your thoughts on what you like to accomplish and a rough outline of how we’d accomplish that together.
