Who IS Archer?
(I’ll do you one better, why is Archer?)

 I started moderating for models kinda by accident. Like Steve Rogers, I don't like bullies. I'd comment in public chat and push back on obnoxious users that where giving the models a hard time. Models are entertainers, pure and simple, and deserve as much respect as any traditional actors. Before I knew it, several models started asking me to moderate their room.

Being inquisitive, I learned a lot about Chaturbate. I set myself up as a broadcaster. Learned about the settings.  As a result I've helped models setup their rooms on various platforms, including menus, goals, bots/apps, promotional design & copy, customized animate gifs and custom video editing. I have years of experience in both graphic design and marketing. These combined experiences gives me unique insight into this entertainment industry.

With my background in marketing and data analysis, it didn't take me long to see patterns in users behavior. I monitored not only models that I moderated, but other rooms at the same time. Looking at the patterns across the entire site. Starting with Chaturbate and later moving on to other platforms as well. Chaturbate is still my primary focus.

Now I very seldom just moderate a room, but instead work directly with models on continually improving their business. I find that I enjoy this type of relationship more than simply moderating. It involves having a close relationship with the models and ongoing supportive communication.  

I’ll always make moderation for the models I work behind the scenes with my priority. The 2-3 rooms I only moderate for I can only do when I have extra time. There are also models that I'll work with behind the scenes, but not moderate for. For all models, my goal is to heavily automate their room to deduce the necessity to always have a moderator in the room. No matter how many moderators you have, there will be times when none of them will be available.

I’ve provided recommendations and plans of action for overall improvements. I’ve created customized animate gifs for their broadcasts. I’ve increased their ranking on sites getting them more exposure, using targeted promotions with traffic inducing activities. I’ve created their promotional design & copy, defining the voice of their business.
